1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and TCL99 ("TCL99", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible via the domain tcl99.cam. This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with TCL99, including account registration, use of the platform, financial transactions, promotional participation, and any dispute resolution process.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any service offered by TCL99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplementary policies referenced herein — in particular our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the TCL99 platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on TCL99, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. TCL99 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, in line with internationally accepted standards for online casino and sports betting operations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one TCL99 account at any given time. Multiple accounts person — including accounts registered in a family member's name but operated by the same individual — are prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are required to notify TCL99 promptly if any registered details change.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through TCL99's tools or as a result of a previous account ban.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must be registering and operating the account solely on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on TCL99 is a straightforward process designed to be completed in under three minutes. However, completion of registration does not automatically grant full account privileges. The following requirements apply:

4.1 Registration Process. You will be required to provide, at minimum: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth, your country of residence, and your preferred MYR payment method. All fields must be completed accurately.

4.2 KYC Documentation. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time TCL99 reasonably dems necessary, you must provide identity verification documents. These include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the registered account holder matches the TCL99 account holder)
• Source of funds documentation, where the total deposit history exceds a threshold determined by TCL99 at its discretion

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TCL99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

4.4 Account Closure for Non-Compliance. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by TCL99 will result in the restriction or closure of your account. TCL99 reserves the right to withold funds pending satisfactory verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

TCL99 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment channels commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. TCL99 does not guarantee deposit processing times, as these may vary depending on the payment channel used and any technical or operational factors outside of TCL99's control. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. TCL99 aims to process the majority of approved withdrawal requests within minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions; however, processing timelines for bank transfers and e-wallet providers may differ. TCL99 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing funds.

5.3 Matching Payment Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. TCL99 may request additional documentation if the withdrawal destination differs from the deposit source.

5.4 Transaction Fees. TCL99 does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which TCL99 has no control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

TCL99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in the relevant promotional communication as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement), which specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated in each promotion's terms.

6.2 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally towards clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Table games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Games excluded from bonus wagering are specified in the applicable promotion.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without further notice.

6.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is subject to a cap as stated in the promotion (typically in the range of RM250 to RM500). Placing bets above this cap may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. TCL99 reserves the right to withold or void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or coordinating with other Members to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.6 Non-Transferability. Bonuses are personal to the Member who claimed them and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other account.

7 Betting Rules

All wagers placed through TCL99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question, in addition to the general provisions of this Agreement.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. TCL99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. This includes situations where the bet was placed on eroneous odds, where a technical error affected the displayed market, or where TCL99 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the relevant event or game.

7.2 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest or palpable error — such as odds displayed at clearly incorrect levels due to a technical fault — TCL99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Members' accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet was settled before or after the error was identified.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and UFC markets, are governed by the individual market rules published on the Platform. TCL99 sources live odds from reputable data providers; however, it does not guarantee the uninterupted availability of any specific market.

7.4 Live Casino. Live dealer game results are determined by the game outcome as confirmed by the relevant studio's official feed. In the event of a connectivity disruption mid-round, TCL99 will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on available data. Where resolution is not possible, stakes will be returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TCL99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of associated balances:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraudulent conduct, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information live poker or casino games.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting promotional terms, odds differences, or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling, with the intent to extract guaranteed profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the TCL99 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. TCL99 operates strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your TCL99 account on your behalf.
• VPN and Proxy Usage: Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory by means of a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of IP masking.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and intellectual property on the TCL99 platform — including but not limited to the TCL99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of TCL99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TCL99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

TCL99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TCL99 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities, although it takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure continuous and secure operation.

In any event, TCL99's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

TCL99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Violation of the21+ age eligibility requirement
• At the Member's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12 Responsible Gambling

TCL99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely as a source of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

All Members have access to the following self-management tools, available directly within their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications
• Temporary cool-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months
• Loss and wager limits per session

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which TCL99 operates. Nothing in this Agreement affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and TCL99 arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through TCL99's internal complaints procedure. Members may contact our support team to initiate a formal complaint. TCL99 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as specified by TCL99's operating licence. TCL99 will provide details of the applicable escalation route upon request.
